RESIDENT AND NON-RESIDENT FEES ARE LISTED BELOW.

CHECKS SHOULD BE PAYABLE TO FLORAL PARK SPORTS ASSOCIATION (FPSA)
ALL NEW REGISTRANTS MUST SUPPLY PROOF OF RESIDENCY (utility bill)
AND A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE

THERE IS A $25 ROOKIE FEE FOR ANYONE PLAYING IN 2 DIVISIONS
(YOU MUST HAVE THE LEAGUES APPROVAL FIRST)

There is an annual $30 fee for all Non Village residents who live within the Floral Park Bellerose school district
